Return / Exchange Policy

Making a return for a refund or exchange is simple:

  - Get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order at customer.care@crossweave.com.au

  - Request a Return or Exchange ID number by click on "Return / Exchange" option under Customer Service area (You must login to make this selection) or by send an email on above email address (Make sure to quote correct Order ID). 

  - It is advisable to send return items by registered post and keep your proof of postage record. Crossweave under no circumstances will be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We offer free returns if we sent an incorrect order. Customer will be responsible for return postage if they     change their mind or have placed an incorrect order.

Crossweave accept returns and exchange requests made within seven (7) days from when the order has been received by you. Returns or exchange received after seven (7) days period will not be acceptable. GIFT VOUCHER / CERTIFICATES are non-refundable once purchased.

All return products must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you and you have to pay standard postage charges. Crossweave is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them.
