How can I track my order?
As soon as your payment confirmation will be received, Crossweave team starts packing your order and email with an estimated delivery date with tracking information. Parcels will be delivered through AustraliaPost and can be tracked (Please note the number will not be traceable for at least 4 hours). If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to flag these on the delivery details section on checkout page.
Where do we ship delivery?
Items ordered in the Australia or New Zealand can ONLY be delivered to postal address (during business hours) within the Australia or New Zealand.
What are the shipping and handling costs when shopping with Crossweave?
All orders are subject to a delivery charge of AUD 8.95 for standard post and AUD 14.95 for express post, regardless of the size and weight of your package. Crossweave offers FREE standard delivery on orders over AUD 75.00

How long does delivery take?
The delivery takes 4-6 working days from dispatch. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. However please allow 10 working days to cover any unforeseen delays (Deliveries to the Cocos (keeling) Islands – postcode 6799, may take up to 2 months to deliver). Once your items are ready to be packed, we will send you an order update email. Please count 4-6 working days after receiving order confirmation email. In case of delay Crossweave will send your order update email or call on given number. In case of delays Crossweave can refund funds or issue store credit if requested. If you need urgent delivery, we also offer Express Post service (1-2 working days), just select post service option before "Checkout". Please be aware our warehouse is based in Sydney, Australia. When will my order be dispacthed by Crossweave?
All in-stock orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of payment. If there are garments that are out of stock, but are due back in soon, we will reserve these items for you and deliver them once they are available. A comment will be shown with estimated delivery date when you reach the checkout stage. You can cancel this order within five (5) working days by emailing us with your details and order number and product code. A friendly staff will contact you for further processing.
We will not charge you for selected items until they are ready to be dispatched. Once they are available for shipping they will also take 4-6 working days from dispatch.
